We have worked extensively with clients to clear rental arrears, get program payments resumed and cleared up immense rental backlogs for our clients. This includes negotiating for Michael in Mount Vernon to recover and resume cash payments for a total of $32,000 reclaimed; working with City-Feps on behalf of Jay in the Bronx to reclaim $26,000 unpaid rent; and working with Martin to facilitate repairs to be able to resolve conflicts and pass section 8 inspections avoiding revenue stream interruptions.

Our offices may be remote but our impact is not. Each property is assigned an onsite manager who is responsible for managing all activities onsite when needed and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. We approach each property with the perspective of “what would we do if we owned it”. As such, we generate solutions for you that are thoughtful, thorough and designed to get the most for your buck. Because that is what we would do for ourselves.

Our minority owned business originally grew to close a gap in support in our community where owners were struggling as property management firms were set up to help large properties with a minimum number of units and not the small guy. So if you had a 2 family or 3 family no help was available. Our start was grassroot and now our passion for real effective meaningful solutions is resolute.
